  After ringing at 12.15.for two repeat prescriptions. I was shocked by the way the receptionist telephone manner was(customer service )comes to mind. Was treated with a attitude and when I asked for her name (Julie)she said I wasn't being funny (guilty conscience )came to mind. ....you seriously wasn't or are enjoying your job.so why not let someone who wants a job they enjoy and have a good telephone manner have. .as for the doctors never had a problem with them. ...

  I decided to call in to make an appointment as it was a Monday morning I knew the telephone lines would be busy . The receptionist was alittle frosty I haven't been to the surgery in over a year and my memory says she was the same back then .
  I asked for a Doctor's appointment as I didn't want to see the nurse I was given an appointment that day I couldn't make it and I felt it wasn't urgent, the next day was offered with a choice of times.
  The doctor was pleasant listened to me and he arranged blood tests.
  It was stress free, good response not over crowded in the very clean waiting area .
  To be honest couldn't fault my experience , my advice to the frosty lady maybe smile and look like you enjoy your job you are the one letting the side down ..
  thank you to all the medical staff I've been a patient for years ..

  I phoned to order a repeat prescription. The phone was answered after 1 ring and I was able to order it immediately by a pleasant and efficient member of staff. In all my contacts with the reception staff they have never been anything other than friendly and helpful. I've been a patient for 23 years.
